Very nice, clean and polite staff. The environment is very relaxing, the music, the tv shows are calming. They staff are never in a rush and the foot massage wasnwhst I needed! I feel sometimes uncomfortable not understanding Vietnamis if they start talking to each other all the time. That was the reason why I left other nail shops. Topia Spa used to not talking unless it was necessary. They should talk in English if they want to include their customers. It is not good customer service excluding them because we don’t understand.

i had a manicure and pedicure today. Pam did a great job on my toes and her leg massage was fantastic. Sophia did my nails and as always, they look amazing.

I think that $70 was a little steep for these, especially since the lines are not the cleanest, thinker than the inspo, and nails are crooked.
