I came in to replace a cotter pin for a bearing. They only ridiculously sell cotter pins in a 560 assorted pack. Stupid. The pack has the right length but when I opened it, I discovered it's a thinner gauge. BTW the gauge is not listed on the packaging. I tried to return it the very next day but the front desk person refused to accept it saying it wasn't returnable. It's insane that to buy 560 of these things to get just 1 with insufficient specs listed on the package and then they force you to keep it. And the front desk was not helpful at all, claiming i should have known better.

We had to stop by to pick up some tie downs after quickly realizing that what we had was not going to hold a mattress down in the bed of the truck on the highway. Richard was incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and tips and checking to make sure we were secure before leaving. Great customer service.

We have been doing business for years with this location.
This place is solid, i highly recommend this store and its associates. We are always taken care of.
Every one at this NAPA is prefessional and courteous.
If i had one complaint, its that Matt in commercial takes off early every once in a while.
He should never get vacations even though he still manages to make sure we have what we ordered , on time , every time.

Been in this store 8 to 10 times. Never have what you need. Looked at battery connector cables. $35 ea. Got same thing at Orielly for $16 ea. Say no more

I stopped in yesterday 10-20-24 to get a new battery for my Expedition, I had spinal surgery a couple of years ago and I just can’t bend over an engine bay and lift up a heavy battery. The young man whose name is Justin carried the battery out to my truck and even replaced it for my right there in the parking lot without hesitation! I was very appreciative and hope the owner/manager will give him a pat on the back! Thank you Justin and Napa!
