Two girls walk in to an auto parts store... we were met by the sweetest young man named Gracesen! He was so helpful, went to the truck grabbed the used battery and even carried out the new one. He was kind and respectful and very efficient! If ya need help with parts, go see Gracesen! We need more young men like him!

Tested my car battery and found it bad and dead. Took all of five minutes to diagnose and get my replacement battery. Great staff and good selection of auto parts.

Love that you can save online and pick-up; unlike other auto part stores.

I was extremely irritated and upset with the workers at this location. We were at the College Station location to buy break pads and they were out of stock so they called this location in bryan and they said they had it. We drove all the way to the other side of town just for them to tell us they didn’t have them right after they said they did. If the employee had just looked for it before confirming since they were in low stock we would of never had to waste our time and gas.

I believe the kids name was Issac! Super polite and super helpful I'm a over the road truck driver ended up blowing a high pressure oil hose pulled in there and needless to say they got the hose made right away and let me fix it quick in there parking lot! Thanks again Issac!

Fox, a member of the Napa team who works mainly at the Bryan location but sometimes at the College Station location is the reason for this review. I was struggling to track down a part I had bought a few years back from Napa that broke but was under a life time warranty, and he helped me every step of the way. I had a bunch of purchase dates to try, several different cards since that point, and everything under the sun that was different from the original purpose date and when I needed to get the warranty on that part. All of the Napa staff at the BCS locations have always been helpful and kind when working with me, but Fox is willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

I've gone to these guys a lot since I bought my used truck. It's a fixer up and I need stuff often. They usually have exactly what I need when I need it. I've only had to wait on a couple minor parts and I'm taking maybe twice.

Crooks. I don’t leave reviews, but NAPA on hwy 6 in Bryan earned this one. They advertise prices then charge nearly double. The item I purchased had a price tag of $9.99. At the register it was $16+. They claim it was a sale that ended last month. Under the sale price tag, the regular price tag showed $12.99. Now I’m no math expert but even I know we’re still not at $16+ With tax. I’ve spent way too much money in this place. I’ll find another auto parts store.Edit: in response to Jonathan’s response below… I walked out and went to O’Reilly when your employee chose to do everything BUT the right thing. So I don’t have a receipt. Plenty of good parts stores in this town that don’t play the bait and switch game with their prices.
