“This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking to furnish your COVID home office (or any other office needs), check this place out. You can literally try out anything in the store and staff is super helpful. As you can imagine, it’s very pricey (hence, the four stars). Got a chair from here and I had a great experience with them.”

“I got a Leap v2 from them. The chair was in good condition. Wouldn’t know it was used after a good wipe.
I did have two issues. One was the manual’s black and white picture was a bit confusing for connecting the seat to the cylinder. I feel like they could have used some tape with arrows to tell us where to align everything to make it easier. But this can be solved with YouTube too.
My other issue was that while prelubing everything was nice, there this feeling of oil on a lot of the surface that I didn’t like. This can be wiped off though.
Overall minor issued for a solid chair.”
