“Came here for the first time to get an oil change on my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT. I always use mobile one products and a few times I have gone to a few of the competitors but figured I'd get a better price coming right to the source. It was around $100 and it was the upgraded super synthetic not just the full synthetic that I normally use.
Anyhow the guys were extremely fast, polite, and respectful, if It was 10 minutes id be surprised.
One thing the guys did that I really appreciated, was they shouted out when the oil was filled and with how much and then they also shouted out when the filter was removed then installed.
I also asked him not to touch anything except for the oil I didn't need air filter wiper blades anything and they were respectful and not pushy.”
“Cameron and Trent were so awesome! They explained exactly what was needed. Trent showed why without "mansplaining" or making me feel ignorant. They even made sure we watched every step throughout the job. Only possible negative for me was how busy these guys were. And Cameron said they were slow today! The wait was worth it and I will be back again soon. I highly recommend Take 5. Remember make sure you have the time that they need to do the job right ?? & tip these guys! “Got oil change with free Deluxe car wash, I’m glad I didn’t pay for the car wash. I felt for what was specified in the Deluxe sign information, it wasn’t what I got. Cleaning inside could have been much better.”

“Went to this auto center after trying twice to get tires at the College Station Walmart Auto Center. We live in Caldwell so I was glad the Harvey Mitchell store was able to get me in. Everyone at this location was friendly and courteous. Tires are balanced properly and ride smooth.”

“I hit a curve and needed to replace my tire on a Sunday. I didn’t want to wait to replace it and this was the only place open. I came around 4:40, they took my information, and gave me an estimated time of 2 hours to replace my tire. I left, had dinner, came back and walked around Walmart for a bit. Around 6:30 it was ready! Service was amazing and I was given options when it came to picking the replacement tire. The wait was long but this was to be expected. Would absolutely recommend! I was helped by Rick”

“Absolutely the best service I have ever gotten. Normally I preform my own mechanical services, but since I turned 70 I decided to let someone else do the bigger items. They preformed the work very fast and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend B&B to everyone needing any work done on their vehicle. Thanks for a job well done.”
