Overall - no issues with O’Reillys as a business. Issue lies with complete lack of incompetence with store employees at this location. Part was ordered twice and both times it came in missing pieces. Only suggested solution from store employee was to refund the money if I didn’t want to take the part as is. No research as to why it happened twice or resolution to make it right.

Really depends on which one you go to.The one on North Texas is the best.I believe have a little trouble with hiring teenagers.That don't know what the hell they're doing.
