It’s where I buy 95 percent of my parts because they keep track of everything I buy and I buy the lifetime warranty on a lot of things and they have just taken care of me and my family for decades now

This is my favorite auto parts store in town. The employees are always so helpful and knowledgable. Need some vehicle help this is the place to go.

Employee didn’t get my warranty write and said I was wrong went in for break pads that cost $70 they said they didn’t have any so they offered me $40 pads that weren’t Evan the same ones then wouldn’t give me the difference so I asked them to look again and they found the same ones that were $75 so I opted for those then they tried to charge me $40 because that was the difference between the $75 and $70 pads

Placed a buy online, pick up in store order at 12:40 p.m. You are supposed to get an email around an hour later when order is ready. 4 hours later, I hadn't heard anything. Contacted customer service chat, who contacted store to check on status. I was then told the associate was just scanning the items and then the order would be ready. I asked if I was simply forgotten. Attached is the response. She wasn't sure if they were short-handed or what. This is poor customer service. BTW, when I got to the store, it was disheveled, the associate seemed out-of-it, and couldn't make change for customer in front of me. They were out of quarters. That cries poor management. I will choose another company for any future needs.
