Please know there is a extreme difference between parts and service here.
Parts counter gets 5 stars. They are ALWAYS busy and eventually find time to get to you and whatever you need. Good people behind that counter for sure
Service is the worst ever and Bobby is the biggest pos service manager there has ever been. He had a technician put a fuel filter on wrong and it caused major problems. When addressed, professionally, he took a month to take my phone call. Then proceeded to email me a "too bad sucker" type of email. I wasn't asking for a new truck but to cover some of the repair expenses, even if it was with store credit. Who does 't take the grommet off of a fuel filter anyhow. What a joke

When Rush said repeatedly nothing wrong with my truck they fought with Cummins when my truck was new and using 2 gallons of coolant a week. They had the truck 47 days but it was holidays and Cummins holding up testing procedures. They found the head was cracked in 7 places and washed 5 liners and Cummins said only do the 5 liners but Performance Truck fought and did all 6 liners and pistons…all at 83k miles. They work with you for getting in if simple repairs when they can. Almost 500k on truck now and everything they did has held up great

Don't rely on front desk personel to give you the right parts ( they lack the experience on parts knowledge) or to assist you on time without throwing you on to the next staff member at the counter while they take care of their own personal matters. Not only were the guys rude but they also gave attitude for requesting to be helped.

Had a horrible experience with a performance truck today on the road! Cut me off and started to be disrespectful shaking his hands at me.. really isn't smart when driving ur company's vehicle. Wouldn't recommend them if you can't even be civil and a good human being outside of ur job. So Immature.

Very bad experience they kept my truck for 5 weeks trying to figure out the problem though they fixed it. Got over on I-20 in Abilene broke down again with the same problem..

These folks understand life on the road. Cory, the shop foreman, makes an honest effort to balance shop demand with a driver's schedule. There experienced and friendly crew communicate with the driver and share knowledge regarding the work and repairs needed.The large and clean service bays show pride in what they do. They have a spacious driver's lounge and kitchenette. The huge accessory shop is a great place to pass some time and find some of those extras you've been wanting for your truck.If you are in the Houston area and in need of repairs or simply want some accessories Preference Truck Bryan should be first on your list.

Horrible staff. Worst experience buying a trailer or anything I've ever had to do. salesman and financial Manager both had their heads in the ground it seemed. didn't know what to look up what to ask for how to verify stuff just a nightmare. I'll never go there again I will never refer anybody there I'll drive to Oklahoma to get a trailer or parts I'll never stop there again the trailer I bought broke down on the way home if I could give you all the negative star I would

Poor customer services at it's finest!! My husband recently tried to get a oil change for his box truck by this company for the past 2 days (7/25 and 7/26/22). He was told by a worker in the service dept they were able to complete the oil change on the same day. It never happen. No one called to notify or follow up. When he arrived he discovered his truck had not been service. Please do better performance truck bryan
