I’ve been a loyal customer of Pet Supplies Plus for years, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. At checkout, I asked the cashier if the BOGO discount on my cat food had applied because the total looked off—she barely looked up and said “yeah.” When I got home, I checked the receipt and saw that not only was the discount not applied, but I was also charged for an item I never had in my basket and didn’t bring home.
When I called the store, I spoke to a manager named Patrice who was dismissive and unhelpful. She insisted the only way to fix it was to come back in person—something I know for a fact isn’t true because this has been handled over the phone in the past or with a store coupon. I explained I live 30 minutes away and had just returned home, but she didn’t care. No apology. No effort to make it right.
Being overcharged and then brushed off by management is beyond frustrating—it’s unacceptable. I refuse to spend another dime at a store that treats loyal customers this way. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging others to do the same.

Always have what I need and my dog loves it here. They have Fromm dog food.

The girl at the register kept her eyes on me as if I was making an attempt to steal. It makes for quite the uncomfortable shopping experience. Also, nail grinders are basic items and they were out.

Best Pet Store in town! Lots of food and supplies, grooming , self-serve dog wash, live animals, curbside, and delivery. Also, locally-owned!

Dog wash is great. They shut it down 30 minutes before closing. They do not have any signage indicating this policy and it is not listed on their website.

Everytime I have come in Laura has always been so quick to greet me and ask if there’s anything I may need help with. She is never just sitting around she’s always moving around keeping busy cleaning up the store or helping customers. Her service is always very quick and friendly and she has quickly become my favorite part of running in for dog food/supplies for my and my finances guinea pigs!

I've always had such awesome visits to this store. Be it curbside or in-store, everyone is so happy there! They also happen to know their stuff about the animals they serve, I just Love this store!

Groomers do a wonderful job on my dog . Rewards points add up fast and it's a treat to get to use them. I also receive several coupons in my email that I always enjoy using. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
