I'm new around this area and needed a good tune-up on my Ford F-150. I looked online and seen Pete's Automotive it had good reviews and they have been in business over 30 years, so I gave them a call. Robert answered phone very politely and I explained to him what I needed done on my truck. I asked if I could purchase my own parts that I needed replaced and he explained how that works and we agreed on a price. I was really satisfied with his qoute I thought he was going to tell me two weeks at least but, he didn't he told me four days due to the extent of the work I was requesting. He told me to bring it in on Friday and it would take two days but I had alot of parts replaced on my truck. When they ran into parts that needed replacing or were rusted too much to reinstalled Robert would call and confirm with me before continuing, once they finished they test drove my truck and called me to come pick-it up. For all the work I had done to my truck and they did it in two days plus my truck is running like a champ I gotta give Pete's Automotive two thumbs up. I would recommend these guys to my family no joke. I was impressed, by their politeness, professionalism, quickness and their attention to detail, job well done guys I am a happy customer.

Timely diagnostic information! Helpful employ! They make suggestions on repairs
needed. They don’t pressure you to make decisions right then. I would recommend Pete’s to anyone!!

These gentlemen are the most honest mechanics I've done business with. I haven't had an issue they can't solve and their costumer service is impeccable. I recommend this shop to everyone I know.

First time I ever used this auto shop. Got my vehicles middle row seatbelt buckles replace the same day I brought it in just like they said they would. Even shuttled me back-and-forth while it was being done. Definitely will come back for more service.

The staff does a great job, respectful toward my wife and daugher when they come for repair work. They call to check before adding more items to the ticket. The work is warrantied. I've been using Pete's for years.
