This isn't specifically about the local Bryan Pods but our Pod experience from AZ to TX. We moved across country with (1) 16 ft Pod and 4 uhaul boxes. We had them professionally packed. The Pod arrived and so much of my stuff was crushed and broken and the 4 U haul boxes were in nice order. I think its the shaking of the podzilla as we watched it lift and put down the pod and it does a lot of jerking. I don't know what happened from AZ to Texas but we were alarmed with how much was crushed and broken. The pod door wouldn't even open and the Pod guy had to help us with a crow bar which also caused some damage. In future, I will only use Uhaul boxes to move after this experience.

Made our move seamless. No worry or hassle with excessive trips. Driver was very kind and POD was in excellent condition and placed perfectly both times.

Tony in Bryan College Station was absolutely Fantastic!!!! He was so gentle with the pick up! It had been raining for days and he took care when he had to drive over the grass. Such a professional and so kind!
James dropped off our pods and did such an amazing job of taking care and communicating with us about the location and the pros and cons!
I cannot say enough, good things about this pods experience!

Tony from Temple, Texas, was our delivery driver and he was fantastic. He was very polite, positive, and friendly. Tony expertly placed our pod where we asked him and he was very courteous the entire time. I was extremely impressed and pleased with our entire experience.

Tony, the delivery man was very efficient, professional and friendly. My only complaint was that he did not call or text me in advance to let me know the time that he would be arriving. It didn’t matter because I was gonna be home anyway, but it would’ve been nice to know.

Tony G. has delivered our Pod twice and he has been so wonderful and very informative. I highly recommend using PODs as it has been one of our easiest packing and moving experiences.

Tony Gallegos dropped off and picked up my pod and was so nice, respectful and accommodating. Had some issues at my apartment and needed the POD picked up first thing in the morning and Tony showed up first thing! I couldn’t be more grateful to Tony and the PODS team!

PODS offers sale at different times during the year. However, if you are already in a contract with PODS they will not allow you to get the sale price. They do not try to retain customers, they are only worried about getting new customers in contracts.
I will not recommend them.

PODS PAYMENT SYSTEM NOT PODS BRYAN SPECIFICALLY
Have had a pod for almost three years with no issues until three months ago. Only after my payment was late They called and said my card in file no longer worked and needed to add another. The card on file was still current and working. I tired adding the card again and adding a new card on their secure pay and got the message that my card was validated. After the message I was transferred back to the representative who then said there was an error on their side and asked me to enter the card again. This sounded very suspicious so I began to question why I needed to add it again. The only answer I got was that their system had an error and needed to try entering again so I did and received the same error and run around from the representative. For the past three months these people call always on a Saturday morning saying I needed to pay my bill or that my pod will be auctioned off. I explained to them that the secure pay would not take any of the four cards I try and that their online system will not accept any of those cards. Everytime I have to spend over an hour on a Saturday to explain to them that their system will not allow me to add any of my cards. From the beginning I have asked them to clearly document this issue which they say they did but yet when the next person calls and I asked them to read the notes only a very brief description in the notes were entered and didn’t clearly explain the situation. I began to record and document on my side spoke with Leo V. Who said he documented thing well and would have a supervisor call me the following Monday which didn’t happen. Today (Saturday at 9am) they call again and after demanding to speak with a supervisor I get one. Roda P. Tried to help but it was all the same steps the other took and again the issue was the same. She said she was going to send my concerns up but couldn’t tell me who “up” was. So here I am still can’t make a payment and now because the account is pass due I can not request it be dropped off nor can I access it. All because pods has an issue with their payment system.

Pods uses poor excuses to bill you for 225 days after they picked up the empty pods. No reason for this other than they are money hungry and not thinking about the customer.

BEWARE! We scheduled to have the POD picked up a week before our renewal date. They still charged us for the month and we still have the Pod almost a month later. They came out on the day we scheduled and said it was too wet to get it, then charged me a pickup fee, (on top of the $224 monthly fee,) and left the Pod. After over an hour on the phone, I was credited the fee and they rescheduled coming out. Once again the day of, they backed out saying it was too wet, but charged me the pick up fee. Finally after 2 pick up fee credits, they scheduled the pick up for Feb. 9, but they NEVER showed up to pick it up. And I still haven’t received a refund for the monthly fee I was charged. I’ve spent hours on the phone with several different customer service employees, and still there’s no resolution. I just want my money refunded! It’s not our fault Pods chose not to pick up the Pod on the scheduled date. This company is NOT RELIABLE and will take your money, just a heads up!
