Scheduled appointment for service, while in the shop service manager (James) called with several things that needed attention. They had parts in there warehouse and was able to install and have me out the door in the same day. Great job to James and his crew in the service department!!

Terrible experience, with hiring manager in the second office I was ask to go for a second interview after I had already done an interview 2 days prior just to show up and be disrespected . Do not wasted your time .
lack of respect for my time and effort but also reflected poorly on the company's internal communication and priorities.
Overall, the entire process was frustrating and disappointing. I expected a professional and efficient interview experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future candidates.

I made an appointment for first thing in the morning when they opened. I was there 15 minutes early. I told them when I made the appointment that I was coming from over an hour away and would hang out in town till they were done. So when I got back at noon figuring they might be done only to find out they hadn't started working on my polaris yet as you can imagine I was pissed

I dropped off my Ranger for it's first service and I asked when they would have it done. They told me Wednesday and I got the call on Wednesday evening that my bike was done.

Not the salesperson's fault!I guess it's more of my fault than anything. I bought a used Ranger as is, with no warranty. Turned out to be a lemon! Never ran right. Still doesn't. I only had it a week and they took it back into"fix"it.... Still never ran right. 2 months later. Trying to get rid of it now. Not a great experience to say the least.
