Denver was awesome to work with on recent purchase and first service on our 2025 RANGER CREW UTV. Very patient and professional with the many questions we had prior to purchase and also was accommodating to have the unit modified with a couple after market items we purchased such as sound bar and windshield.
We went from a Honda to Polaris in February 2025 and are glad we did as the unit is perfect for Somerville back road riding and viewing lake sunsets.
I don't normally do surveys but in this case I wanted to highly recommend BCS Polaris Fun Center, Denver, and other staff.

I can't speak for the whole staff of the Bryan location but as for the service center I found the person in charge extremely rude and not willing to help. I have an older machine that I took in for a diagnosis, I was told it would be $165.60. and they would look over the entire machine. I was called almost 2 weeks later and told it had the wrong carburetor and he could not get a new one. I asked what I could do, he said I could come and get it. I then asked if he could fix it if I found the correct carburetor he said he could and gave me a part number. When I asked who the original manufacturer of the carburetor was could not tell me and couldn't be bothered to look it up. I asked him if there were any other carburetors that may work and was rudely told he did not have time to be chasing parts that might work! I thought that repairing machines was exactly his job and at $165.60 per hour one he should be willing to do! I called polaris in Bastrop and spoke with the parts manager there, he was extremely helpful, found the original manufacturer and their contact information. I was able to find a replacement from them. When I returned to Bryan to get my machine, (I had decided I did not want him to work on it. Money he costs them) with an I told you so attitude he said, couldn't find one huh? When I informed him that the manufacturer made a clone and would install the correct jets and set it up for my machine. He told the carburetor might not fix it, that he was unable to perform a diagnostic because he was unable to keep it running and said my machine was a dinosaur and he would not put money into fixing it.
So I was charged $ 165.60 every though he was unable to perform a diagnostic and treated very rudely in the process! All in all a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend polaris fun center in Bryan to anyone.

Set up an appointment and it was honored . I was assured the maintenance would be completed by close of business. They did find a couple of other items that were in need of repair and called to communicate and discuss price. Was out by 3pm

Can't speak more highly of the whole team, especially Chad. Went in for the first time and after the full build, financing, and paperwork was out in under an hour. They ordered and installed all the aftermarket parts, showed me the features and delivered all within two weeks. I'll be back for all my future toys. Thanks y'all!

Friendly, timely service. Although the news regarding my Polaris General was not “good”, they carefully and thoroughly inspected my vehicle after it was involved in a rollover accident. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. Professional and courteous service. Thank you!
