🫡💙✨️This company by far is the Best & Friendliest Towing service I have ever used. I was stuck in a ditch with my 2 daughters and the car almost turned over into the deeper part of the ditch. It was pitch black dark out on this road. Not only did the guy help calm Us down. He helped Us to get out the vehicle safely, he also understood our situation. From the beginning of the phone call the lady was Super Sweet 🤗 she made sure we were ok & she helped to calm down the situation. I'm a beginning Delivery driver & haven't started making a lot of money. He overstood my situation and paid it forward. All he asked of Us was to do the same for someone else in need. What An Awesome Team these people are 🥰💪🏼🙏🏼. We thank them so much💫.

Great company! The lady that answered the phone was so nice! We had been waiting for a tow truck to come for four hours before we called precision and was just about to give up but these people are great! When Justin showed up he was all smiles and cracking jokes to make us laugh. I was so nice to have someone tell us it was going to be okay and that it happened. Thank you for creating a great company!

Precision is the perfect name. From the phone call nobody wants to make. To the experience, and care displayed by the tow operator, positive. There are a lot of tow companies when you Google search. We all know these companies take advantage of people financially in a bad spot! NOT PRECISION. I was surprised, and thankful of the "fair" pricing, to get me from a bad spot. THANKS MAGIC! YOU DA'MAN!!!

Above and beyond. My car was towed fast and everything was seamless. Had a driver come from Madisonville to Shiro. The customer service was amazing and so understanding and sympathetic to my accident. Made me feel like one of their own family.

I don't even know where to start...I had scheduled a tow for my vehicle which had a flat tire thru my Insurance ( this was on a Saturday) and they never showed up...so I called 1st thing Monday Morning to schedule a tow and when I called the # provided to get an ETA the dispatcher could not give me one sooo now I am Angry and out of patience...I called Precision and I am so sorry but I cannot remember her name but she was so kind & understood how upset I was...she scheduled my tow with an ETA of 45 minutes....WELL 10 MINUTES later Justin shows up and tows me AWAY!!!! Don't hesitate, call these guys..you won't be disappointed..Thanks so much...

I just want to say that I think a lot of the negative reviews are actually for "Rapid Recovery Towing," a predatory company in Bryan, TX that does not have a "review" option when you search for it in Google. Instead, Precision Towing & Recovery comes up, which sounds like a reputable and honorable business. If you're looking at reviews to determine which towing company to use, I hope you see this and avoid Rapid Recovery and go with Precision Towing instead. I don't know if Precision Towing does contracts with apartment complexes, but if they do, they seem like an excellent option for reputable towing.
