Went inside to withdraw money from my debit card at the teller window. Because my ID and debit card show my legal name, which is a mononym (no first AND last name, just 1 name) they stated they won't help me because I am different, I HAVE to have a first and last name.
That is not only discrimination, it's biased.
The teller, Carol, continued to make faces as she confered with her supervisor who was assisting another person. I mentioned I'd wait to speak with her, Bobbi.
Bobbi called me over to Carol's window and asked for my ID and debit card and walked over to another higher up. A fellow teller came back to their window and Carol in a derogatory manner shared what had happened, and not in quiet tones. When Bobbi returned, she advised Carol how to process the withdraw. I thanked Bobbi and sadly Carol continued her derogatory mannerisms, including telling me, in a flippant way, that I had to go with her to her machine as she thought I had to put in my pin (she learned otherwise) 🥴
Funny, they've customer service appreciation month papers taped around the office, advising ones to give a shout out if someone has gone above and beyond. Carol must have missed that memo

This bank is horrible! They only help their customers. The only reason why I gave two stars is because the young guy with curly fade was friendly. The lady sitting at the desk by the door was frowning and was very dry. If you don’t like your job go find another one. Like a prison guard!

We have been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes now. We are right behind the car at the window and are still waiting. The absolute slowest place I've ever been, bank or otherwise.

Probably the worst bank in Texas. I truly regret the 2.5 years of wasted time and money on this bank.. We were basically scammed.

I finally decided to open up one of our piggy banks after 10 months of saving coins and small bills .. took it to this location as I did before to exchange out my coins and exchange the smaller bills for larger bills. When I arrived I was greeted by one of their male employee Chris well let’s just start by saying how RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS he acted ! How can you seem bothered to help me change my coins or count my money ? Why do I have to hear you complain? You made me feel like if I was doing something wrong ! Why refuse my money because it’s not organized and not facing the same way ? (Coins and bills were separate) And to top it off repeat the fact on how you have to report me if it’s over 3,000 ? Yet I was the only customer in the lobby with over 3 employees staring instead of trying to help get me out as fast a possible! Instead you took my coins cashed them out took the fee and told me to come back once I organized my bills so you mean to tell me everyone who takes big amounts of money to the bank has to have it organized Or you will refuse it ? What a joke ! It’s BANK AND YOUR JOB IS TO TAKE MONEY and COUNT IT it’s not my job to make your day easy!! That was the worst costumer service ever from this branch from all employees!

Even after 6 months this location is simply the slowest drive thru. It used to be the prosperity in North Bryan. But this one takes the cake. Its super slow do not come during your lunch.

It's a bank. Not much more to be said.It does irk me to be asked for ID when I am depositing a check drawn on that bank, into my account, that I have had for decades.

If you don’t have an account be prepared to pay $3.00 and give a thumbprint. A bank that takes advantage of every opportunity and is focused on big business not small! I won’t bank there ever!
