Prosperity Bank provides amazing and helpful customer service. The staff is kind, compassionate, and patient, treating customers like family. They are efficient and helpful with everything from simple withdrawals to account management, taking time to do everything right. The service at this branch has improved significantly, with tellers remaining helpful even minutes before closing. The overall experience is absolutely amazing, significantly reducing customer stress.
Back staff is always very friendly and willing to help no matter what the time of day. I truly believe that they are the best. My only issue is that they are closed on Saturdays 😔, but I guess you can't have it all.😉
