I’ve consistently found stains on most of my clothes from this location, but I’ve been able to overlook them due to the timing of my pickups—usually right before work trips. However, this ongoing issue reflects a serious lack of quality control, and I’ve decided that this will be the last time I use this service. No customer should have to deal with such poor standards.

This service actually deserves negative stars. We have been using this cleaners for almost 2 years and have only had a couple of minor issues until this past week thru today. I took in 2 pink jackets that were brand new and when we picked them up, there were spots and splotches all over them. We gave them a chance to correct the problem. My husband picked up the jackets and brought them home so I could look at them. The jackets both still had spots and discolorations all over. The very angry manager or whoever sits at the embroidery machine said she would call us the following day after talking to her manager. She never called, even after we left messages for her. We went back today and she said the jackets were fixed and ready to go. I inspected them and they were wrinkled, had places where the fabric was puckering, and had shrunken. When I asked why the fabric was like this she said because they were cheap and shouldn't be dry cleaned, which was a lie. She then said, You will never be happy, how much were they? I handed her my receipts and she wrote me a check. Needless to say, we are never taking clothes there again. As we drove away, she had an employee walk my jackets to a dumpster, I guess because she thought it would make me mad. It didn't. She must be an angry elf and even more miserable person.

This place is complete garbage. Unfair and unlawful business practices are practiced at this location. Had to submit a police report, a report with the BBB, and with The office of The Texas Attorney General. They denied to pay for damage that was non existent prior to visit. Claiming the best they could do was not charge me, after damaging beyond repair an expensive outfit. I rate this place a 0 out of 5. When I asked to see their business license they denied that as well, asked me to leave and closed their doors for the day. They left before the police could arrive.

Always friendly and fast. My shirts are always starched perfectly light and are always ready on time. The prices are very good and I've never had an issue with anything. I'm through here twice a week to drop off and pick up my clothes.
