The young man and woman were busy on their phones. I asked for a specific type of shoe they said that they were out so I went to look for myself and found the pair of shoes I was looking for. Neither employees helped me or my husband.

This place is in a convenient location, where it is still not too crowded. The selection is decent. The prices are helped by their buy one get second(lower priced item) at 50%, but even with that they are not quite competitive with other places in town. And of course, it is impossible to compete with online prices. I still like to shop there, though, because the ability to try several styles for comfort in a little time is priceless.

I only gave 1 star for the shoe variety they have.. if only they were more helpful. My son and I walked in looking to purchase 4 pair of school shoes for him and was not greeted by ANYONE. There were 2 employees and no other customers. My son and I both walked around the store a few times and NOTHING! The only time when we were greeted was when I told my son “let’s go somewhere else cause we haven’t even been greeted once.” That is when the male employee stated “have a good day”! They were both just leaning on counters on their cell phones. Horrible customer service! Don’t give them your money!

Needed some shoes for a wedding, the staff were non-existent since they sat on their phones the entire time I was in the store.
