Highly recommend this place for your glass repairs or replacement. I have GEICO insurance and they suggested Safelite and this was my first experience with them. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly. They started replacing my windshield shortly after I arrived and got me out of there in a timely manner. I would definitely be using them again if needed.

I called Safelite after a rock cracked my windshield. Johnny Reyes took care of my windshield replacement. He did a great job, he kept me informed during the process and recalibration expertly.

My technician, Brandon Morgan, was nothing but professional, timely, and first class in his work! He explained the whole process to me and expressed the steps and precautions to take after the work was finished. The pricing is fair and it’s effortless to make an appointment.

The installer was amazing but the tape ripped off the paint on my truck and the shop knew about the defect in the paint and still put the tape on there

I scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement for my daughter who is in college. I live over 4 hours away. I was given an online quote for approximately $500. Understanding this not to be an exact quote, I scheduled the replacement from a company I thought to be reputable. The work was completed as expected however the final bill was over twice the amount quoted! I paid the bill because although I was not there, the work was done on time and was done correctly.
Over the past month, I have since followed up with several phone calls (about the discrepancy of the quote and final bill of which I am not happy about) to Safelite and to the specific store. I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes, an hour and transferred multiple times. I have spoken to customer service, a technician at the specific store and have been promised a call back from a manager multiple times.
Working in the service industry myself, I understand the value of reviews, following through on promises made and the overall customer service experience. Happy with the work done, not happy with my experience or service... especially after the sale. I won't make this mistake again.

Daylon was very helpful in getting my windshield replaced. Very friendly customer service and answered all my questions at pickup. Richard was the technician who worked on my car and even though I didn't directly deal with him when I picked up my car the new windshield looked amazing! I highly recommend the Safelite in Bryan. Job well done at this location!

I was not impressed with the Safelite website, their chat bot or their customer service department. I had an extremely hard time getting answers to my questions. They pressed me to make an appointment before I got a price or got my questions about recalibration. I made an appointment not sure it was a good idea. I was in Bryan, Texas earlier than I expected. I could not even call the location to see if I could come earlier. I went prepared to cancel everything. The nicest young man assured me about all my concerns and got me in early. Their waiting room was very comfortable with great television. This nice man told me about his career there and his car trouble that very morning and kept me posted about the progress on my car. Every employee I came in touch with was kind and professional. I told the manager how nice and polite his team was. We are very pleased with our new windshield. Turned out price was even better than quoted. I left there armed with the local direct line phone number.

Poor craftsmanship. They cancelled on me twice in the same week for warranty work. Once without any notification. Waiting on call backs that I haven’t received and now saying not much can be done about it. Waiting on another call to see how to move forward.
