I have had this storage unit over a year. The lady that works here her name is Lisa. She is absolutely awesome. She volunteered to sweep out my unit. She is so friendly and God-fearing and I just love her to death. This facility is very clean, friendly and very business like. I would recommend the storage facility to anyone and everyone. Very secure storage (no pun intended). Lisa, this woman who works here was very nice. I offered to sweep out my storage unit after I took everything out and she took care of it for me :) She’s very kind and very helpful.

I am going through a very difficult time in my life. Without mention of the specifics regarding my situation, i feel that the older lady in the office deserves to be given great thanks for her genuine care and compassion. I have lost everything i own. Keepsakes, family heirlooms.... all of it... this woman helped me to secure what i managed to salvage. Much of it may just be seen as material, but it holds zentimental values with me. Things i am unable to replace. From the deepest part of my heart i can not thank you enough! And to the older woman in that office.... your prayers saved my life that day! I will return with the healed and improved version. Thank you again!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I was searching for a climate controlled storage and selected this in the filters. The units shown were discounted due to a promotion they were having. Come to find out they charged me full price and the shed was not even climate controlled. When I called for support they stated the IT team says the promotion didn't exist and that I there was nothing they could do. If that was the case how would I even know they have that kind of promotion and the exact price. Worst website experience and customer service I've ever dealt with. They need a new IT team because both of those issues were due to them.
