Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with storage, no joke. Getting a unit was easy and the customer service is great.
When I moved out I hadn't cancelled my monthly payment, Lisa called me two days in a row since she had noticed my unit was empty (I had taken the lock off) just to ask if I wanted to cancel. And keep in mind, these guys aren't nearly full, she was not doing this to give it to someone else. Not only that, rent had gone through on my card FIVE days before I finally picked up the phone, and she still got me a full refund for that month, no fuss.
I've used a few different places in BCS, but I will be renting here from now on.

Okay so haven't needed a storage unit in awhile, rented a unit off of baker street.
Had a few issues with the gate code, and had to call customer service.
Called the listed number on google a few times and it kept saying it was disconnected. Idk about the technical service, but LISA is awesome. She has been so sweet and kind during a time when I need it most. If I ever neeed another storage unit after I move here in town I'll def be storing my stuff with Lisa again.

I highly recommend this facility & location. It was super easy to sign up for a storage unit and everyone was helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and well protected too!

Was on phone to talk to someone for about twenty minutes then got charged 4 times and CS gets says they are still trying to process the payment when it had went through 4 times, get hanged up on and have to wait another 20 minutes for CS they say the returned the payments but depends on your bank when it will get put back in...then they give me the storage and can't find it due to no number displayed in storage so we just guessed and put outer stuff in the one we thought was it...then get on the phone for another 20 minutes to tell them there is not a number displayed on the storage unit...not a good experience at all
