I am amazed by the customer service that I received from sherwin williams in Bryan. The staff and manager Jessica has made a customer for life from the prompt excellent service. I cannot say enough good things about this store!! Thank you for taking your time with me to ensure I have a quality paint that will last for years to come!!

Sales staff very disappointing. Tried to up sale, didn’t have the primer I needed in stock, promised me it would be in by a given day, bought the paint, then the sales staff proceeded to promise that the primer would “be on the next truck” for weeks delaying my project causing me a lot of issues. It became clear eventually that the sales staff gives priority to contractors and had no intention of providing me what I needed. I eventually got what I needed from Benjamin Moore for half the price and a quality product.Do yourself a favor and use Lowe’s (Valspar is made by the same manufacturer as Sherman Williams). Or Benjamin Moore or even Ace Hardware. All better options with great quality, up to half the price and much better service.

Monika Oberts, products specialist, is great. She might be the best customer service person ever. Was in town for a college event and went to the store for paint I couldn’t find in Houston. They had the paint but the national data base was down so she could not get my rate online. She called 3 different department at headquarters to get my pricing codes. Took her 30 minutes. Saved me some money. Go to this store and ask for Monika, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Monika, you’re the best!!!

I was struggling to find a color combination for an exterior paint job on a house. I walked into this Sherwin Williams and Ms. Monica was on it. She quickly showed me how to understand the color schemes and showed me the "undertones" of each color and how the compares to my brick etc. She didn't rush me and was just as eager as I was to figure this out. I left with these combinations of colors and there were all so perfect I now can't choose between them - a problem I'm happy to have. I love people who love what they do, so thankful that she was there to help.
