Font desk people are very rude and need to be fired.

Have been calling since 10am. No one has been in the office apparently it's 2:00 now and I need medical info and I don't think talking to a receptionist who's not qualified helps anyone.

The doctor and PA are good here. The front desk people are rude!! Don’t want to answer questions about paperwork you are signing. Then when they do they are very rude. Luckily my arm is healed and I won’t have to come back.
