Stopped in to try and get a trade-in offer for my truck, sales associate gave me the run-around before ultimately getting his floor manager to see if he would make me an offer. Floor manager basically spent 5 minutes telling me I was buying car the wrong way and then didn't even make me an offer. 🤣 Common Sense would tell you if I drove to Subaru to ask about trading in my vehicle I'm obviously interested in purchasing a Subaru. But since I didn't have an exact vehicle in mind my business wasn't taken seriously. I'll be driving to Austin Subaru on Monday.

Ask for Mathew Cox, he won’t give you the runaround like many other salesman would do in at another dealership. He will also answer all your questions with direct answers and won’t over sell you on a vehicle that you don’t need/ want. Thanks again Mathew😊

As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process, and financing. Matthew Cox was amazing from start to finish! Craig Christoph, Service advisor was very accommodating with our needs. All questions answered. Swift processing of the repair, updates regarding the repair was in a timely manner, returned our phone calls asap. It was an excellent experience. I live in Pearland Texas just so happened my Forester needs an immediate attention while I was visiting College Station but distance is nothing I can drive 2 hours to get here if I needed a service again! Thank you.
