Called to get information and the guy who picked up the phone was rude and unhelpful. I asked about getting a battery changed and he gave me a dumb answer to whether or not there was a wait today. I don’t support establishments with rude employees

You shouldn't take your car anywhere BUT Stratta! I've taken my 2013 Honda Accord here multiple times for small issues like a brake line giving out or my starter malfunctioning, and every time they're able to diagnose the problem and repair it in the SAME DAY, even if they've got a backlog of cars to get through. They are professionals that value your time and money, and won't try to upsell you on anything. Very honest, hard-working men there. Highly recommend!
