Ive never encountered such disgusting bathrooms.like...wver and ive been to some shady places.
Blood, mold, and God knows what else...I had to use the bathroom bad before a 45 min drive and was desperate...squatting room only ladies!!!

Stopped in for gas and snacks. Staff was friendly, which was the only bright spot. The fried food was nasty—overcooked and dried out. Fountain drinks tasted off, like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Restrooms were dirty, stalls unkempt, towel dispensers broken, and soap/sanitizer completely empty. Basic hygiene wasn’t even covered.
This location needs serious attention. Won’t be stopping here again.

At 10:58 pm I walk into this store. The store clerk to the right of the door had horrible customer service. Lady with the tattoo. Doesn't matter who walks through that door. You don't look at people crazy the way she does. Fix that attitude !!!
But respect to the guy clerk who took care of me. At least he had manners and respect and understood this is his job..

Every time I come depending on who the cashier is.I get charged a different price for a fountain drink. Everyone single time. Than they want to argue about it. Ridiculous

Nasty food. Cant cut up veggies? Cheese cold? Burger dry as the dessert. This was discussing!!! Came here on our lunch break. Turned in our order and the cook spent the next 10 min cleaning, weighing leftover food to be discarded, and cleaning before she even put our food on the grill. Wrapped the fries with cellophane so they were all soggy! Will never eat here again.

Good bathroom to use if looking for 24/7. The Laredo taco at this location is trash though, Instantly asked if I wanted a taco, told them what i wanted, didn't offer any cheese or build my own taco. Screw this one, choose another Laredo taco, the one off Carson Street has better service than this one. Didn't even roll the taco properly. They act like they don't give a shit.

We use this location because we often fuel up with a trailer. However, the last 4 times we've fueled up, half of the pumps are bagged up, or hose has been disconnected. And the fact that the few that are operational require us to go in for a receipt, or to pay cashier, these all tell me that management is not taking care of the services, which means they do not care about customers. It won't belong before we have to go to another fuel station, which is the competition.

The front door is electric and doesn’t work, currently off track and dangerous to walk in the store!Gas pumps usually have a bag covering them with no gas .Lotto machine has been down for a couple weeks.Employees seem unconcerned about customers and rude.Men’s restroom is infested with bats flying everywhere.Who is managing this mess?

Walked in and sat down at the restaurant area after work to wait on ride and got kicked out. Wasn't bothering nobody hasn't even sat down for 30 seconds and got kicked out. Always been a regular at this Stripes since it's close to work but I'll never give them my business again

Fix your stinking gas pumps. I tried 3 of them and they all had issues. 1 of them had broken card reader, the 2nd one was leaking all over the nozzle handle and the 3rd took 10 mins to dispens 8 gallons

I iwsh i could rate less than a star this place is not open when you need it to be paticularly from 12:00 to 7:30 am the manager is rude to her customers and employess and she litterally ignores you fter she locks for the night, its not open 24 hours 7 days a week its false advertizing, also she over charges you on goods your money is best spent elsewhere

I generally love going to Stripes. Today was a different encounter. They were busy with a line in the store. Finally, another lady came to help, but I stayed in the line I was in and told people behind me they could go ahead and go to her. I should have moved.I had 4 items and a scratch off, I specifically told her that I wanted to pay for the items and the ticket being separate. Even set the ticket aside from the items to pay. I then asked her about another ticket that she stated they were out of, so I said "OK I'll just go ahead and pay for these." Put my card and pin in, and then she asked the other lady to help her with the scratch off to make certain she did it right.It was not a problem until she then took the money off the scratch off, which I clearly did not want to do.Being a branch manager and customer service person,The next thing she told me was that next time, maybe I should try talking louder and tried to put the blame off on me.First, own up that you made a mistake and just say I'm sorry.Second, unless you wanna lose business, never blame a customer who knows exactly what they did and said.I like Stripes and will continue to go there, but NOT to her, I'll walk out first if she's the only one there.We all make mistakes. I get that, and she obviously was new, but watch your tone and what you say to people
