Terrible customer service

I’ve live in college station for almost 4 years and when I need to contact guest service usually it’s been nice and simple. However, for the past at least 2 weeks, every time I called during their “most flexible hours (11am-2pm according to an associate) the phone rings out and disconnects after 1 minute. I would try to call back at least 3 times and not a single person has picked up my calls. I live 15-20 minutes away and it’s such a waste of my time and gas to travel all the way over there when I could’ve resolved the issue over the phone. I even tried to call while I was in store to make sure my call was coming through and guess what it did. So the problem is the employees, not the system.

Guest services could use some serious coaching in people skills and not being rude and trite with customers. Just saying. They could also stand to hire more competent staff, rather than making you stand in line for almost half an hour waiting on someone, anyone, to acknowledge your existence.

Waited for an hour for help and no one came, had to call guest services and after 40 minutes someone came and DID NOT help at all. Very bad and slow staff. Do not recommend coming to this Target at all because you will waste 2 hours of your time for them to tell you that you came for no reason :)

I always have a good experience with the drive up but this one not so much, I got the Eos Lotion, and when I opened my bag to make sure I got the right items. One of the lotions was opened and clearly used. I should be paying for a brand new item (that was not used), instead I got this. Very disappointed with this Drive Up experience. Might as well ask them if they have been used before every time I go.

Fabian at the Wildflower Target in Bryan, decided to be very rude and not helpful. When I kindly asked for him to look up an item by its number, he put it in incorrectly and didn’t offer to try again. Fabian should be fired :)

The ease of use for the Target app and the whole order pick up experience is amazing. I also love that they now offer the option of using your own bags!
