I have been shopping at Target since I was a single digit age and I am a boomer if that gives you any clue as to how long I have been shopping here!! I cannot recall experiencing any unpleasant staff in person nor via phone. I have called a hundred times plus over the decades, and since we moved here and this location on Wildflower opened, I have thanked the Target guru's for this location as it's much closer to me.We have lived here for more than 20 years and I have never met an unkind, rude nor unpleasant employee in all of my visits!! Also, I will admit that I have enjoyed their drive up order services immensely as being an exceptionally positive experience as well the lengths that they will all go to should I have difficulty with an item or my order languishing longer than it should be.Target is my happy place!! As I always come out happy once I enter the doors and we'll long after I have left as I enjoy my purchases throughout the years. On a side note, an online order I purchased was damaged in-transit which the carrier contacted Target and they reordered the item without my needing to reorder the item again, including having the damaged item returned to the Target facility back to their warehouse which saved me an additional trip to return the item. How better can that service be with other larger retailers across the board??

No assisted check out. It is game weekend with thousands of people in town and only self checkout.

Diane is the rudest most unprofessional "lady" in that entire store. She is beyond unprofessional and treats her new employees like dogShhhh. Ironically this ogre is the HR manager. Hopefully target does something about this!!

Large store with good selection, well maintained and clean! This is a newly built, fresh location. Surrounded by lots of great stores too. My favorite location in the Bryan college station area.

I came to this location and I had a horrible experience I had purchased some makeup wipes and as soon as I walked out that door. Some ugly chubby guy grabbed and asked to look in my purse. How racist these employees were. I've never been treated worse. I go to target frequently and they will no longer gain my business. Only finessing from now on.

Any time I need a 2 hour vacation from my kids, I hit up Target for some "essentials". I grab a coffee from the Starbucks onsite and then peruse the aisles for all the things I never knew I needed. There are 2 Targets in the B/CS area and this is my favorite! I live in South College Station, but it is well worth the drive to Bryan to shop at this location. Because the location isn't as close to campus, it always seems less crowded. The parking lot is large as well, so you don't feel like the cars and people are on top of each other. The store is always neat and well organized and the employees are very friendly. I don't really recommend buying groceries at Target because you can definitely get them for cheaper elsewhere. If you don't have the Target Cartwheel app, you should download it asap. Everything I put in my basket, I scan using the app to see if there is a coupon, then when I get to the cashier I promptly forget to pull it out to let them scan my barcode for any discounts I may have worked so hard to find. I don't recommend you do that. You should make sure to remember to give it to the cashier to scan because those savings can add up!

Was very disappointed how I was treated by management. A item had a sign posted right under it. Buy 3 get a 10 dollar gift card. So I picked up 3. Checked out it didn't come up. I asked was told to go to customer service. Waited in another line. Then she slowly thumb though the ads. It wasn't in there. I said would you like for me to show you the sign. All I got was I can't leave this area. Finally it was handed to me. Not one word was spoken. Almost in disgust. Not a good way to treat a customer!!!!! Take a class on customer service better yet go to Chic Fil A and see how they treat customers.

I have been to several stores for Thanksgiving Day specials. The Bryan Target store gets an A++ for being the most organized. Got in a line probably 30 persons deep. I only had to wait for about 10 minutes. Everybody working in the store was very friendly and helpful. I will gladly do more business with them in the future. Everyone there deserves a pat on the back for a job well done!!

This is my home base Target and I love it. Have been doing a house over-haul and their selection of bathroom and kitchen stuff is simply great. Prices are reasonable. They actually have a very nice grocery section. Check it out and you might be surprised. Had a wonderful customer service experience. Bought a set of "to assemble" furniture that was missing a critical piece (made in the USA, not China for anyone ready to jump that gun...yes Virginia, they sell American made products here). The staff ended up opening 4 boxes, three of which had similar problems, before finding me the missing piece and giving it to me. I was rather chagrined at putting them threw this, but they did so with smiles and no complaints. There is a nice pharmacy section here too. I agree with Ray D that checkout lines can be long, but that seems to vary dramatically. There is a lot less of the swarms of helicopter parents with children here at back-to-school time than at the College Station store.

I shopped at this store a lot when it first opened. I'm done. I'm noticing a pattern with credit card fraud each time I use my credit card at Target. Three times this year, my card number has been stolen & unauthorized charges made, out of state or out of town. At first, I wasn't sure how it was happening & kept closing accounts & getting new cards. Now I know it is Target! I've been disenchanted with Target before & would stop shopping there for a while after having a problem with a return or exchange. But because there is limited shopping available in this town, I would end up going back. Now I'm really over Target for good. I'll be spending my time and money at Hobby Lobby, Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Lowe's. If you must shop at Target, use cash! Save your credit cards!

This store is very clean and not cramped. I'm not knocking things of the rack trying to navigate through overly stocked areas like I'm in a war. I like that. Staff doesn't acknowledge you much in passing, but I work retail as well, so they're probably busy. Cashiers are also always very nice. I enjoy shopping here to escape the madness of central college station.

Excellent new Target near College Station, TX. Very clean, organized, great collection of items, and always Target deals. The only reason for not 5 stars is, you had about 20 customers waiting to check out and only 1 check-out lady... I mean this is almost becoming Wal-Mart, how are you going to have 1 check out lady! Ill change my rating as soon as someone steps up the Check-Out process.

Service is very helpful, prices are comparable to Wal-Mart. The atmosphere is great and it is so much nicer all the way around.

Absolutely love this target! It is a little hard to find things in it but it is nice and clean! Love the dollar section!
