No matter what anyone says about this place, I can only speak of my experience, my expensive furniture has been there almost a year to date, as I moved around like a gypsy, Caleb is a awesome man to deal with, he made my move in and soon to move out process so simple for me, never have I needed a storage unit before texas 21 storage if ever I need another I will have my belongings in this one no matter the mileage or fee to get it there. You can't beat good honest friendly service. I found a place i wanted to live move in is on the 1st of month, so is Texas 21 storage due date, moving company cant move till the 2nd, Texas 21 storage said they give me till the 4th no payment needed. Wow what an honorable place willing to help you, take good care of your belongings and not nickle and dime you getting them back. Love that they have Texas in there name , they show they from here. We stored our camper with Texas 21 Storage and could not be more pleased with our experience!! Caleb, the Manager, was exceptional....his customer service and professionalism were exemplary!!! We would highly recommend Texas 21 for your storage needs.

We had a great experience with Texas 21! We had to leave our house belongings in storage a little longer than what we planned. They went above & beyond to make sure our belongings were safe the entire time. Communication and customer service is top notch with Caleb!

Absolutely the most amazing experience renting a storage room. They are clean, the gentleman there is the absolute sweetest person. Super friendly, super easy to get into, find and use. He even went above and beyond to bring me locks for my units. I threw in a last minute need for a second unit and he was right on it. This place is the best. So glad we found them.

Highly recommend storing with Texas 21 storage facility. Caleb is incredibly helpful, kind and quick to provide services to meet any needs even ones that change unexpectedly. The customer service is by far some of the best I have ever experienced. The prices are also extremely budget friendly! Literally the best so happy to have found them!

I called around for several days looking for a unit to store an entire house without breaking the bank. I spoke with Caleb that morning rented the unit that afternoon. Caleb was very helpful, friendly and the units were very clean and well kept. I will recommend Texas 21 everyday, you won't be disappointed.

This place is the absolute best! The owner and Caleb are wonderful people who make you feel at home while your storing whatever your needs. They have it all! Very spacious units. Climate controlled and non climate controlled. Great prices! 24/7 access to your stuff. Even a helpful dolly for you to use while loading and unloading. They also keep up with pest control so your items are safe from pests and from burglars with their code gated system to the around the clock surveillance system. Im proud to say if i ever need storage again in the future that i wouldnt go anywhere else. Moving anything is always a mess and a stress. Have it be a little less with Texas Storage 21!

Great storage unit! Place is very safe & never had any issues. The owner was very easy to work with and only asked that we clean up after ourselves. Will definitely come back if we need to rent again.

Probably the best storage facility in college station if not all of Texas and I say that mainly because of the customer service. Caleb was easily one of the most helpful individuals I've met and was extremely kind and considerate. Will be parking some of my summer time vehicles here as well as my boat now that winter has arrived.
