“Im not sure where to start. My husband broke down coming home from work, my boss sent me precision towing's info. At 60 we have never had to get a vehicle towed, so we were a bit nervous. I called, they were super nice. Then Justin the driver called to let us know he was on the way. He was so friendly truly made a bad night a good one. My only regret is i don't have a handful of their business cards to pass out. They were truly a blessing to us.”

“Had an oil leak caused by stripped threading in the oil pan, called around trying to find someone who would be willing to rethread it but they would always insist on just replacing the oil pan.
Brought it to Olympic and they had a cost-effective solution that I didn’t even consider.
He was very straight to the point, no BSing, no upselling. Got the car back in just a few hours, oil topped off. Highly recommend this place.”

They only had one driver so she said it was probably going to be around 4 hours which I was fine with and she said the driver would give me a call when he’s otw. So the driver Dustin who did a fantastic job btw got to me an hour earlier than expected and service was amazing. Just want to say thanks to Texas towing and I highly recommend.”

“My car wasn’t starting and I figured I’d have to get my battery replaced. A technician named Gary came to jump start it and realized that one of the screws to the battery was loose. He explained that it could be the reason why my car wouldn’t start. He was able to tighten it and my car worked perfectly after. Very kind man and saved me a lot of money!!”
