“Kenneth Frank, our Salesman, was quick to respond to our interest in a vehicle posted on their website. Back and forth conversations resulted in a 3 minute video being sent to me of the vehicle aside from what was already posted on their site. Discussions on trade-in value and OTD price followed. Followup calls ensued. After a collaborative effort, an agreed upon figure was accepted. Arrival at the Dealership found Ken waiting to greet us outside. Minor concerns, upon an in-person inspection, were addressed and resolved on site as we waited for the purchase process to complete. Finally, Ken patiently and thoroughly, explained the technology features offered with our purchase. In closing, from Ken, our Sales Rep, to the Mgr/Co-Owner to our Finance Officer, my wife and I truly enjoyed this car purchasing experience. Kindness and sincerity of all were very much appreciated. “We broke down between Gause and Hearne on the way back to San Antonio from East Texas. Had the truck towed to Christian Brothers on a Sunday. They had it fixed and ready to go on Tuesday. It was only a fuse that needed replacing. Very honest and nice people. Would highly recommend.”

“So far initial problem seems to be taken care. And they did discover a separate issue and it seems to be handled as well. Only complaint is I called a total of 8 times four on Friday 09/06/24 and four on Monday 09/09/24. Finally heard back on Friday around 4pm. Then on Monday never heard back at all finally drove to dealership to enquirer about my truck. Turns out it was ready. Dustin seemed to be overwhelmed with no help! I believe he was doing his best, just had NO HELP!”
