Absolutely excellent customer service there are times that the weight is long not all the time but boy there are times I’ve been out the door and I can tell they need more help but there is a gentleman there I would say late 40s maybe early 50s he’s got some gray in his hair, beard, has darker skin. he is always nice, polite, and helpful!

You need to change the sign that shows what hours that you are open as it is way off! Also hire people that can properly communicate in English.

I have been several times. Notary Service twice and returning a package. Yes their customer service skills are excellent. Yes, they work as a team quite well one can feel the camaraderie. Keep doing what you do.

Employee Sovin was so rude, aggressive towards me on the phone. Refused to pass me to supervisor. Had no knowledge of my package and said I could not get a refund.

They worked fast, an absence of any confusion with their process, and the package actually arrived on the date that they said it would! USPS is not reliable which is why i chose UPS instead and I’m glad i did.

Vincent and Amy the most rude and disrespectful people I’ve ever met. On Veterans Day no less and I am an Army veteran. Never in my life have I even been disrespected while doing an Amazon return never coming back and they need to be fired just plain rude and disrespectful.
