Visitors find it an amazing and nice place to visit, where kids have a blast. There are trampolines, a mini zip line indoors, dodgeball, and many fun activities. The dodgeball is a good time for all ages, and the whole concept works really well. The community is noted as amazing, with older children looking out for younger ones. Many families plan to return. While the membership is an excellent deal and the staff are often described as pleasant, courteous, kind, helpful, patient, sweet, professional, and kind, some visitors note that most attractions did not have workers to support the children playing, which was disappointing.
