Terrible service. I had a package crushed and half the content was ruined. 2503 Clarks Lane.

Awful customer service. If you’re ever trying to talk to a real person prepare to be disappointed because apparently there’s only robots available. Do better.

I am missing a package that the Bryan post office says was delivered to my home on Saturday, May 28, 2022. I have contacted them in person and online to no avail. They do not answer their telephones and customer service is almost nonexistent. I have the name of the mail carriers supervisor but he too doesn’t answer his phone. He works from 3:30 am til 12:00 noon. I have filed a report with the Postmaster General and l am still waiting for a response. This post office is either negligent or worse case scenario they have a thief in their ranks. Either way, l want the $205.00 For my items.

Why, why, why, why WHY can delivery drivers not take 2 extra steps to put my package under the porch when it's raining when UPS and FedEx have no problem doing it when it's not raining? Literally 2 extra steps is all I ask.The problem is so pervasive that on *multiple* occasions I have watched the FedEx delivery driver pick up my USPS packages and move them under the porch, despite them not being his! Also pulling into people's driveways and parking while you walk down the street to deliver packages? Not okay. Using people's driveways to turn around and then running over their grass? Also not okay. Also tossing packages around the garage and onto the porch is equally not okay(the Ring doorbell didn't even record anything taking place because it just saw something fly onto the porch from nowhere).I want to be supportive. I know that these are hard times and delivery drivers are overwhelmed. But please, just a little more care would change so much. I'm not asking you to walk the extra mile, just try to finish the first one.

They only sell packaging, they do not take mail or sell stamps.
