I am new to conceal carry. I have been looking at a lot of holsters. I decided to buy from versacarry because a coworker recommended them. When I checked out I did notice 4 different shipping options ranging from $0-$18. Looking back I do realize now that this is versacarry's way of trying to bully you into paying a higher amount for shipping. They say handling is 5-7 days it is now day 10 and my order still says "awaiting fulfillment". I even sent a status update request 3 days ago with no response. What ever happened to the days when companies cares about the customers?

Absolute garbage customer service, sat on hold for an hour and the phone hung up. I called to find my 2 day delivery order after 8 days of nothing. I don’t care how nice these are. I wish I had more hands to give them 4 thumbs down. This is the Joe Biden of holster companies.

I ordered a new holster on Dec 8th and when it had not shipped by the 14th I called to inquire. I was told that the company was prioritizing shipment of orders with a higher monetary value, and that it MIGHT ship the 15th or the 18th. I’m a repeat customer and didn’t have this problem before, and it’s very disconcerting to know they had no problem at all charging my card, but then kicked me to the back of the line because I didn’t spend enough. Now that I know how they operate, I won’t be ordering from them again.

BEWARE: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!I contacted this company via theur contact us page on their website. I did not hear back for several weeks. I called this company which proved to be less than productive. This company does not uphold its lifetime warranty. Their holster broke and the 'lifetime warranty' was not honored. It's shame that a US based company is so deceptive with their verbiage. Subpar customer service skills gentleman taking calls has only been on the job two weeks and is not knowledgable or helpful. I would never spend a hard earned US dollar on these products.

Ordered two holsters on March 20th. On the 29th, they sent me an email to tell me they were out of the 2022 Element I ordered and I could change it to a 2023 model. I agreed to it. On April 12th I called to get a status and they told me the 2023 Element was in production but could not give me a date for completion. I canceled the order, terrible service, not letting a customer know of delays and not having 3 week old orders planned.

I can not say much as I have not received my order yet. It has been 20 business days today. When I ask for an estimate on when it may ship, the only answer I receive is "I don't know." Originally i went in to their store since I live in the same town and I was told they had the holster I want on hand. I paid for it and waited for someone to bring it to me. When they arrived they told me unfortunately they do not have it on hand. So far not so good. Edit: After cancelling my order and getting my refund Versacarry called me stating they had my selected product. They offered to ship it to me with a discount for my trouble. I decided to pick it up in person since i live locally to them. They made things right and i appreciate the follow up customer service and have changed my rating.

I was really interested in picking up a new holster from them. I inquired online and chatted with someone, unfortunately the customer service was horrible, I asked a few simple questions about fitment and literally every question was answered with “I am not sure”. After a couple questions and lack of response it was clear they had no interest in finding the answers or helping out a consumer. I ended up buy a holster from crossbread the same day ?♂️

Ok product, the website is misleading and I would not trust it. Before you buy anything email their customer service. To verify fitment. Having said that don't even bother ordering because their customer service is ridiculous.Their site had bad info, their customer service admitted so as well and when asked about another holster they gave me different recommendations then their own website. Planned on exchanging the holster for a different one and buying the correct one when the model was released. They refused to pay return shipping even though the wrong item was ordered because of their inaccurate website. A point they did not refute until the final emails. They did offer because it was their fault ( multiple times) what they consider "fair" compensation. The SAME cyber Monday coupon code that I received in 4 promo emails. That everyone on the mailing list also got. To them that is "compensation".Told them I was fed up and I was returning the whole order with the expectation of a full refund, including shipping. They said send it back. I paid for return shipping. They only refunded the cost of the items. When I contacted them again, now they offer a return shipping label.......for the items I already shipped and that they already confirmed they received. Not sure how you can use a return label on something that is already shipped.They could have eaten 10 dollars and gotten additional purchases. Instead they insulted the customer and lost what I had already paid them(except $10). Great business sense.

After owning a couple of Versacarry products for a few months now I can confidently say, I would not recommend these products. The end product feels rushed and unfinished. For example, my holster still had residual super glue in a prominent area, I managed to clean the leather to the holster is fine. Also the condition of the leather was sad to see. Versacarry prides themselves on using high quality buffalo hide. Which is beautiful when not dried out as if it had been sitting in a non climate controlled warehouse for months. I'll keep my eye out of better quality items but no high hopes any time soon.

What good is having a great product when you have to abuse your employees to make them? This company is guilty of so many Texas Workforce Commission violations it's amazing that they are still in operation. You would think after the harsh lesson of having a pet shop shut down for abuse and terrible conditions that a business owner would have some better sense of ethics... Not move up from puppy mills to people mills. I will never buy another Versacarry product. I feel like you shouldn't, either.EDIT: Mind sharing the source of your leather? It's probably made by some company also cutting corners and dumping tanner into rivers. If my information is so inaccurate how do you explain the dozens of bad reviews on Yelp complaining about shipping problems. My friend who quit working for Versa because of the poor employment practices told me that it's not uncommon for entire departments to bail on you at once after they've all had enough. When an entire department leaves at the same time something screwy must have gone down. That's not inaccurate information. That's common sense.

Tried ordering a holster and sling from Versacarry in just the right configuration I needed. I placed that order in August. It shipped through USPS, said it was delivered, but never was. I tried contacting Versacarry's CS. No replies. Sent several messages. However, they made sure I received their 1,000s of promo emails.Next, I tried USPS. In true USPS fashion, they were abominable - they said they delivered it, I placed a claim, took them a week to say "no, we won't help."October, still no reply. No CS experience, terrible shipping logistics - Don't even consider this group. Lots of better companies out there.

Got the holster despite the postal service trying their hardest to loose it. I love it. I've had a hard time finding holsters that were comfortable and that I would wear. I like the stiffening of the copper insert to keep the shape of the holster. The gun is firmly inserted in the holster, but just takes a quick tug from the leather. I have it for a S&W 351C in .22WMRI'm on the fat side, but this is very comfortable to wear. I went to the grocery store and I don't even know I'm wearing it. I plan on ordering a holster for my Walther. See photo of concealed then shirt tucked up. Very concealable.

I ordered a bundle which was the belt owb holster I paid $10 for shipping and got the product I expected quality and what I got was far from it I was very displeased with the cheap and poor design and the belt measurements on the site are off so I wanted a refund so to do that I had to pay $8 to mail it back to them so all in all I wasted $18 and a month of time on a product that I didn't even get to use I think it's a real shame having to invest almost 20 dollars into just shipping to receive a trash product

Excellent service went in person to the facility and got to physically touch and see what i was buying. Also they helped me for the right size belt and holster if you are close by i totally recommend to take a look. Online the have great deals. I have a comfy perfect fit allow me to apendix carry even know i have a little tummy and not feeling uncomfortable.

I am selling every other hoster I own. After years of buying the "best", or "latest and greatest" available I finally found everything I needed in a holster. I bought one to try out, I had seen an ad for the Arma model on sale for $12 bucks. I figured for $12 it was probably a cheap made in China deal but what did I have to lose $12 dollars? I bought it.First its made in the USA. Second its top notch leather made of Buffalo hide, third its 100% quality.I have since bought 3 more and several belts. And mag holders too. All of these are of equal quality and do the job perfectly for me.Get the sizing right, and your golden. You will not be disappointed. And ready for this, you will get them delivered in about 2 weeks.PS. If anyone wants to buy a load of top brand holsters let me know I'm selling all of my others.Keep up the good work Versacarry.Tony
