Very unprofessional work, dry cleaning looks like it came straight out the dryer at home and just hung up on a hanger, press work with starch on shorts was pressed with shorts being all wrinkled up and was still pressed that way, then while I'm there they want to take them to the back and try to actually do what I paid for !! Never take your clothes to that cleaners

I dropped off a heavy dry clean only faux fur comforter. They told me they could do it but they would need about 2 weeks. At 4 weeks, they told me not yet. At 7 weeks their machine was still broken. They never called me to let me know any statutes at all. Finally had to pick it up and take it elsewhere. I know we all have businesses where equipment is down or broken. it's all about communication. i would have understood if they were honest and communicated regularly with me about it. instead of leading me to believe they could do it when they can't. Disappointed beyond belief.
