I called for curbside pick up because my app wasn't working and neither was the link and the lady was super rude, asked my why I didn't use the app to check in, when I explained to her it wasn't working she sounded very irritated. Not very good customer service.

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my sister in law’s prescription filled, having to circle through the drive through two different times, then finally being told I could get the prescription quicker if I came inside, which I did, only to find 21 people in line ahead of me. My sister in law had just had oral surgery involving a biopsy under sedation, so I didn’t want to leave her in the car alone. Brycen “operations manager” was completely uncaring, extremely rude, and I feel like he intentionally delayed us getting the prescription filled because he said it would be another 20-30 minutes (again) and I would have to circle around for the third time or come in for faster service, which was not true. As soon as I pulled forward leaving the drive through window, my sister in law got the text that it was ready.
I’ve never received such poor service at a pharmacy, and BRYCEN was by far the RUDEST “manager” I’ve ever encountered. He should know better and have better skills. For him to repeatedly tell me there were 300 prescriptions to be filled was of no significance to my sister-in-law’s prescriptions.
Neither of us will return to Walgreens because of how BRYCEN treated us.

The worst drive through wait times. Every time I'm hopeful and every time it's such a waste. Even going inside is slow. I've never gotten through the drive through in less than 10 minutes. Usually the wait time is around 30 minutes at the minimum. I will be mailing all prescriptions from now on. If they or the customer don't have everything ready then in my opinion they need to go inside or deal with it over the phone as to not clog up the line ESPECIALLY in the drive through. The people working are always extremely nice but there needs to be a better system in place.

I have a very seriously injured back and needed meds and they wouldn't transfer my meds over to another store. They wouldn't send my RX through and were very rude. So from Friday through the whole weekend and through Monday I was unable to get my meds. I feel they need to be more prepared and make sure they have an emergency backup system so people would not be without their meds.

FedEx on-site refused to scan QR code because they "don't do that". Rep told me to go to Walmart to complete the return. She couldn't understand that Walmart is using fedex for the return. My email, which I showed her, literally says " 1.) Repackage the items. 2.) Head to any FedEx location. 3.) Show the QR code to an employee. That's it! FedEx will print the return label and ship your return." Sumkit (I believe that is what her name was) needs training.

They were super busy even though they had a couple of customers with attitudes they smiled and answered their questions with a smile I'll be going back to this walgreens

This Walgreens is the only one in Bryan that we have issues with. It's mostly the late night shift. I really do not believe Lexi likes her job AT ALL. I walked up to the checkout and had to to just a little bit for her. When she walked up she rolled her eyes and said nothing. I had 5 items and she then asks "so you need a bag?" I told her "I guess not" I paid and left and she said nothing else.

Went here to get a few things while passing through. Overall had some good selection in areas, not so much in others. Got what I wanted and was able to be in and out within a few minutes. What you expect when you go to Walgreens.

Went to return a bad pack of e-ciggs,the mgr. told me that there was no return/refund I told her that Their store policy said that with a receipt before 30 days you can, didn't want a refund,just an exchange and it was the very next day 11/7/19 at about 7p.m. Know your job misinformation will keep customers away.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this is the second time this month they have not had a prescription ready on time. The staff is short and comes across with a not my problem rude attitude. The only thing this place has going for it is location to the house. I'm looking for somewhere to travel further and get just a little more customer service.

I came to this location to pick up a desperately needed prescription. And without going into details the pharmacy staff was so kind and helpful. I especially want to that Andrea who helped me out. Sometimes an act of kindness can make such a huge difference in someone's life. And she did that for me. I am truly grateful. She is a sweet and kind person.

Nooooooo!!!! Went in to pick up a prescription that was called in by the doctor.
