Sorry excuse for a pharmacy. I'm usually good about giving a company a couple of chances before I leave a review. I understand some people have bad days, but this location is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I have had multiply bad experiences here, from waiting over an hour at the drive through or waiting on hold for almost an hour. This place used to do good work and I don't know what changed. I will never use this place again.

was told my prescription would be ready at 7:15, so i came to pickup and got here about 7:20. waited in line for about 20 minutes before anyone even said anything to me (there was nobody in line just me). they then said my prescription wasn’t ready and to give them about 10 minutes and they would fill it for me. i walked around and came back about 10 minutes later, there was a growing line of 7 people at this point, with not one worker speaking to any customers. i sat and waited for another 30 without having one employee even acknowledge any customers, which made me then decide to go through the drive through because it seemed that’s all they were worried about. so this is already over an hour of me sitting in walgreens with no help. i go through the drive through line and sit for 20 minutes just to get to the window to be told my prescription is STILL not ready and they didn’t even begin to fill it and if i wanted to just go to the back of the line it would be ready in 30 minutes and that’s probably how long it would take for me to sit in the line (the line i’ve already sat in by the way) i ended up just leaving because i have been at walgreens for almost 2 hours waiting for my prescription that consisted of almost ALL over the counter medicine. something has got to give at this pharmacy because it is absolutely terrible and the eo players do not care. the original girl who told me my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes was sitting on her phone for a good 20 minutes ignoring customers. this location is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and i would not recommend for anyone to go here i had a terrible experience.

If I could give a zero I would, they are slow, never have your prescriptions right ever! Even if you call they still don't get it right and they will over charge you! Do not use this location!

Took them over a day to find my prescription. My doctor had to call in four times in order for them to find it and I show up to pick it up. After waiting in line for an hour I get told it'll still be another half an hour. Horrible!!!

Today I went in to pick up a photo order and it wasn’t ready yet. I was in a little bit of a time crunch and the man working in photo had a lot of orders. I am so thankful that he put my order ahead and got me out fast.

I went to this Walgreens and was greeted by this cute young lady while I was trying to use the kiosk for pictures once done I went up the the desk and there was an older lady. I said, hi the kiosk said, my pictures would be done at 505 is there anyway way you can do them sooner? She rudely said, I can’t make the machine run faster !!!Then she turn to the machine then started to talking to a man in a blue shirt! Then I said, I guess you are done talking to me and left. Really manger you let your employees be rude! And not a word from you!!
By the way I know you can print them I’m not stupid! I’ve been to other Walgreens and they take care of me on the spot!!

Almost 100% of the time the electronic message says your prescription is ready, it is not. I’ve gone as much as 4 times in different days, the prescription is not ready. Furthermore, if they suddenly get it after you’ve been there several times and you are unable to make it, they will return it and the nightmare starts all over again.?
If you dare to complain to the employee, they take it personal and get frustrated at you, as if I am causing this anguish to them. All they have to do is listen, apologize, and pass the issue along to headquarters.
Suggestion: I think, the IT, systems might be getting notified when the meds arrive at the warehouse, and therefore notifying the client. The client should only be notified when the prescription is filled completely and ready to be delivered to the client.
I love having Walgreens so close to my house and the ability to use it in any state, but the client service needs a lot of improvement.

The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were both very courteous and helpful when I went in today. They answered all my questions and provided prompt, friendly service. This Walgreen's has wonderful employees! My only complaint is that the drive-thru is always so busy!! But I don't mind going in because everyone is so nice!!

I visited the Walgreens on Boonville Road to order books in the photo department. Danielle was extremely helpful in getting my photos downloaded from my phone to the Walgreens app so I could begin my project. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Danielle went above and beyond to help an “old lady” navigate through the program and create my photo books. I highly recommend everyone visit the Boonville Walgreens and ask for Danielle for all of your photo needs!!

Called for a refill and spoke with a representative 4 days ago. The script was never filled and they never called the doctor’s office to request the refill. The refill would have been granted because I saw my primary doctor for my annual checkup two weeks ago.
When I asked about the refill the representative blamed it on me and said that I should have called my doctor.
My wife and I are both done with them.
