Walgreens is a good store with low prices on medicine and I love it being a retired military veteran. The staff is also very nice and professional.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It took 4 trips to 2 locations to get 20 pills total. They lied numerous times, including me calling to make sure they got the order in and telling me it would be ready in 90 minutes. It wasn’t. In fact, no pills had ever been ordered! They were still out 3 days after my first visit. And because of their lack of competence, I had to pay more out of pocket since I had to pick them up in smaller quantities. I filed a complaint, but the store manager blamed it on “the call center”.

Someone is stealing phone numbers here to buy Mini Melts and ZZZQUIL at 10pm. Use your own number or just call me cuz I'm lonely and you have my number. In all seriousness the number pad on the card readers are likely bugged and I'm seriously upset you didn't call me smh. Be cautious when checking out because they are probably stealing your pin numbers and card information also.

I have always gotten great service from the pharmacy here. The people working in the pharmacy have been kind and knowledgeable. It is often busy, but being the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area, this isn't surprising. BUT, even though it is often busy, the staff has always appeared calm and content. It has to be good management, hiring and training. It's so easy for customers to be irritable or outright enraged because we are sick and/or the insurance company is just making our lives extra difficult or it feels at times impossible! But everyone here seems to keep their heads. No overt meanness detected. YMMV but you see a lot of exchanges and events while waiitng on line and especially if you are often in the pharmacy.
The drive thru during peak times should be avoided if possible for your sanity. Docking a star because I have had issues in the past having a med not be ready when it was expected it was. Lines for the pharmacy inside are often long during peak times as well. But it's a 24-hour pharmacy, so these times can be avoided if you choose your visit time wisely.

Pharmacy takes forever. For. Ever. Correction they won’t be filling my prescription until late night or tmrw morning now. They said it was almost ready 3 hours ago. Never again

I don’t know who the pharmacist tech that works at 6am but by far the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She needs training on customer experience.

Just checked out with one of the rudest people I have ever met, Maribel. When I confronted her about it she got even worse. I go to Walgreens several times a week because of the convenience and at different locations depending on where I am during the day. Will never go to this location again. Briarcrest at 29th street.
