This probably won’t change anything but I think that Walmart should change their pharmacy lunch break to 30mins instead of a whole hour. In regards, to other employees that work longer hours there and still probably get only a 30 min lunch break. Furthermore, the pharmacy should only have 30 mins for a lunch break. That would seem fair for everyone.

I have always had a great experience at this pharmacy. My prescriptions are ready on time and correct. The pharmacy staff and the pharmacy manager ( I believe its Nancy) always greet me and make me feel very comfortable. I have never had to wait but a minute or two for my prescriptions. Thanks Walmart pharmacy.

Very Satisfied with the customer service Pharmacy tech Rosa was extremely helpful with filing out my paperwork :)Highly recommend this Pharmacy :) staff makes me feel understood and comfortable!

I have been very satisfied with Walmart Pharmacy. Once the system was sent it up properly, I've had no issues with any medications.

Today was a rough day. My wife was in an accident. After spending three hours at the doctor's office, we went to the pharmacy. A woman named Rosa helped us in the drive thru. When I say helped, it took an hour to give me medications that we called in three days ago. So a simple payment transaction. We also turned in one medication for my wife. Rosa said it would take 15 minutes. Here's where things get interesting. I buzzed in after 25 minutes without hearing a word. Turns out Rosa went home. I never got my medication. I never got my credit card back. There were no issues my with medications or prescriptions or our orders. My wife sat patiently (and in pain) the entire time. Rosa just left work wand never said a word while we waited outside in the Texas heat. I have never been treated with such disregard and lack of customer care. It took over an hour to *not* get our medication or my credit card! The person who left us without saying anything or completing our order was named Rosa. Rosa.

Really friendly staff. I had issues with my insurance, but they spent a lot of effort to make sure I got my prescriptions and insurance worked out! Even with all the trouble, they got it ready quickly as well.

It doesn't matter if you phone ahead or if you're the only one there, you will have to wait. Extremely inefficient. If you have ANY alternative, you would be well advised to take it.

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever !!!!! Everytime I go I have to wait 30+ min . Most of the time theres 1 guy running around and 3 people standing around.

Very disappointed. Went to the doctor right next to the pharmacy and she transmitted my prescriptions directly to the store, as well as confirmed they were received. Got there about 3, did a little shopping to give them time to fill the prescriptions. Went to the pharmacy around 3:30 and was told they had "just received" my prescriptions ( even though the doctor had confirmed they were received 45 minutes earlier). Was told by a polite employee it would be about 15 minutes, so I signed up for a text alert and did some more shopping. And some more. And some more. And some more....Finally about 10 to 5 I got concerned that the doctor's office would be closing and if there were any problems I wouldn't be able to reach them, so I went to the pharmacy. I was informed that neither of my prescriptions had been filled and advised that the medicine for my ears would be $238.00!! Yes, that was a problem. I called the doctor's office and asked for an Rx for which a generic would be available. The doctor called the pharmacy immediately to revise the prescription. In the meantime, I'm SICK, had been waiting almost 2 hours, and the store was about 85 degrees, which was making everything else worse. I asked how late they are open (9) and advised I really needed to go home because I was sick. My plan was to return later and pick up my Rx at the drive thru. It's now been an hour and a half since the doctor called them and no text to say anything is ready. Walmart pharmacy is fine for regular refills that you can call in the day before, but if you're SICK, go anywhere else to get your medicine.
