Terrible customer service. To start, there was no one to guide people upon entering, and no instructions were provided. After guessing that we had to scan a QR code, we waited 80 minutes and were never attended to. We arrived at 11:23 and at 12:45 we had to ask why we hadn't been helped yet. They told us there was still another hour and a half wait! Unbelievable! It's a complete lack of respect for the customer. We finally decided to go to Chase Bank to open our savings account and will be closing our account with Wells Fargo.

Long time user and the local branch in Bryan, TX did NOTHING to help me when needed (and it was not a complex request). I rarely come to the brach but the 1 time I needed a banker, the branch manager was conveniently "out". Ashamed and saddened by the treatment. Consider you option carefully for your business and banking.

This is the worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been too. Line is always long. It takes me 30+ min everytime I need to come (once a week) & I’ve never not had a bad experience. There’s 3-4 people inside working but only one person working the line. Never makes since. Always blames it on not having enough staff and hiring but again never more than one person at a time running the line. I’ve seen countless people get upset, leave etc. and again it happens EVERY time. Wells Fargo you should be better than this and don’t respond with please send an email with a link. If you cared what the customers say you’d take the info given here and make changes, it’s not up to the customer to explain in diff forms. Fix your business please, we’d appreciate it!

I swear this bank has went down hill since Covid hit them. Only one person working inside may be two if you are lucky. Wait time is around 10 minutes if not more. What happened to just coming in the bank getting what you need and leaving within 5 minutes? At least the people here are nice.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1988. Now can't get waited on in the Drive Through or inside. 9 windows at the Drive Through and only 2 open. Wait time is very excessive. I've left there and gone inside and it's the same. Only 1 or 2 cashiers.Went inside today to talk to someone about the Savings Account offer but never had anyone come by and at least let me know how long before I would be able to speak to someone. Very disappointed and frustrated. I know I can make an appointment online!!!!Customer Service is awful.

I’ve always had a good experience with everyone who works there, recently I walked in and didn’t know they weren’t giving replacement card anymore… as soon as I walk in an African American lady asks me “can I help you?” While she had another customer in front of her, I was sure if she was talking to me or the lady with her so I looked and she just stared at me. I told her what I needed and that I would also like to open a savings account, she told me they weren’t giving any replacement anymore that it was all done through my phone wallet. Which I’m ok with, when I mentioned opening the savings account she giggled and turned to the other lady next to her who was also with another customer and said something. She then turned to talk to me again and said “if you want to do that make an appointment” I generally wouldn’t mind but the attitude of both those ladies just felt condescending. Hope they get better staff.

I like Wells Fargo, but I was a little disappointed with their drive-thru.On Wed of course every place including the bank was closed due to bad weather. Understandable. But on Thurs, you would expect not only to accommodate their customers inside, which they do an amazing job but outside as well.Businesses were going to go through the drive thru, and only two windows available with lines, while you had four regular lanes open with no customers.The wait time was 30+ minutes.I'm sure everyone was watching their watches needing to get back to their jobs as myself.On a positive note, the teller that waited on me was extremely sweet.

Briarcrest Dr location has been awesome until recently. They seem to be under staffed, and wait times have gotten longer. Hours of operation have gotten shorter, and now appointments are required for something as quick and simple as a notary. If you have a question there is no answer on the local phone number and you’re forced to talk to someone in another state or country. Worst of all - if you deposit a paper check they HOLD it for 7-11 days! I was told a computer does it automatically, but somebody physically changed the release date so….just be honest Wells Fargo. It doesn’t take a week to verify funds. Feeling disappointed.
