Drive-through is closed down and no notifications of why. Very inconvenient specially me being handicap. Call the national phone and the lady that I got said that they were close down temporary that’s all she knew it doesn’t say how long they’re gonna be closed down or the reason. It’s ridiculous. I will be changing banks.

It was a Sat and realizing that the drive thru was closed, but the lobby was open, which was a big relief.
I had a teller named Patti who was extremely sweet and patient with my needs. I was completely impressed with how she handled me, as well as customers prior.
Her sweet attitude and smile brightened my day.
