“Love this bank, especially the tellers. They are super helpful and friendly. My favorite teller is Trisha Parsley. You can’t help but leave in a good mood because her personality and smile is contagious..”

“The absolute BEST customer service! The bank manager was more willing to help me than my own bank was (I have happily switched) Her and Bree were wonderful I am so glad I found this bank. They also have a wall full of books, snacks and other neat things for customers to enjoy. They are a Christian bank and IT SHOWS. Thanks so much for all your help today First United!”

“I've used this bank for years, as has the rest of my family. We love doing business with them, rather it's day to day banking, loans, our for our business. They are always friendly, easy to deal with, and ready to help if an issue comes up. You are more then just an account number, and we really appreciate that. Keep up the great work!”

“I popped into the branch to get a tricky situation handled and I have to say Kacia really went to bat for me. She spent hours on the phone trying to get the job done. Thank you! Sadly, Wells Fargo disputes did not back me up, and so I have been robbed of $748. Thanks for nothing”
