I was expecting gifts for coworkers yesterday and Amazon shows these were delivered by usps and left in my mailbox. Well, they weren't delivered to MY mailbox! The last time this happened, the recipient brought them to me. So far, that hasn't happened this time. I'm very disappointed with their service.

Frequently getting mail for wrong address. Had some important documents left on groud in the rain. Ruined 50.00 worth of documents. Could've at least put in a plastic bag knowing it would get wet.

I call get no answer from a human.They need to learn addresses in the area. Stop putting other people's important mail in the my mail box.
