My family and I just returned from an unforgettable stay at Willow Point Resort on Lake Buchanan. It was everything we hoped for and more. Our cabin was cozy, immaculate, and outfitted with all the essentials, from a full kitchen to a shaded porch and picnic area. We spent our mornings sipping coffee, watching the beautiful sunrises, fishing, and our afternoons jet-skiing and paddling on kayaks, right from our doorstep.
Gwen and her family were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and attentiveness, whether it was helping us get set up with our jet ski rental or sharing tips on local vendors made our trip truly special.
Between the peaceful shoreline, the fun water activities, and the genuine hospitality, Willow Point Resort is a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Willow Point Resort is the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and get some much needed rest and relaxation. We returned this past weekend after discovering this gem a couple of years ago and it did not disappoint!
Rain or shine there is plenty of activities to do here with a variety of yard games like corn hole, horseshoes, and other offerings or a visit to the clubhouse to play pool, foosball, or relax in the movie room.
We also enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pits and soaking in our private hot tub while looking at the stars and listening to the sounds of nature around us. We can't wait to return next summer!

My boyfriend and I went for the weekend and it exceeded our expectations. I could write an essay about how great this place was, but I’ll just my top 3 favorite things about the Willow Point Resort:
1. The hospitality was unmatched. I was looking for hot tea during the continental breakfast because of my horrible allergies and a staff member heard me and went to HEB the same day so that I could have some for the next morning. They also let us stay an hour later than check out, so that we could canoe one last time before hitting the road.
2. There is so much to do on the lot. Tons of lawn game options, lots of water activities, and private beach areas.
3. The cabins were clean, well equipped, and cozy! There were a few spider webs on the bed, we were a little concerned about, but nothing too crazy. It’s lake living, not the Hilton!
I want to write more, just because of how great Gwen and her team were, but hopefully you make it out there yourself to experience it! Well worth the money and drive. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful and quite property. We really appreciated Gwen and Brians hospitality. We were looking for a quite getaway that had a family oriented environment. This place was absolutely the staycation we deserved away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This was not our first trip out to Willow Point but was one for the books for sure. Chartered a boat to fish for striper, and came home with 8 fish. The cabin was great as always. Love the rustic vibes. Will be back again soon!

We loved our time at Willow Point Resort. It is the perfect getaway from the big city. It is conveniently located close to all of the fun attractions in the area, and the lake is a blast to swim and paddle board/kayak in. The cabin was the perfect size with all the amenities needed. And Gwen and her staff were very accommodating and friendly. If your looking for a lake getaway, this place is perfect!

The crappie house is full of spiders u mean when it gets so dark it's swomped with spiders spider webs everywhere not good I'm very surprised no one has gotten bit staff need to clean it serious
