This 7/11 is a hit or miss. I have came here for 2 years straight now consistently everyday at the same time and it does not deviate. Some times they have pizza, other times they don't. It never fails that they are lacking I'm their warm food department and half the time everything else.
You could definitely use some different people there, most are good but there some that have no brain and no business being in this store.
I made a phone call and told them I wanted a call in order for a pizza to which they tried to tell me they do not do that however they have done this multiple times in the past and have not had issue and all the sudden a new person comes and tries to tell me they can't do it? So I informed them the manager who I know personally as I go there everyday has done it for me and they said that they will do it and have it ready for me no problem.
When I show up, it is almost out of spite that they did not have it ready for me and when I went to the register they said well you know we don't do that so we can make it now to which I responded no. I do not have time to wait. I get 15 minutes for break which is why I need the pizza ready when I got there and I was using my 7/11 points to get it I did not want to use the app and pay because ordering a pizza through the app will make you pay and I did not want that.
This place has gone dramatically downhill, bring back the people who used to work here or get some people who are competent in their job. I mean this is getting ridiculous.
If I could leave a review without stars, I would do so.

Never had a more pleasant experience at a 7-11. Walked in and immediately greeted by Dominic and Zane. They were so friendly to everyone walking in. And as they checked us out , making sure to say thank you and have a great night. But not in the daily routine type of way. It was genuine. Had to go back to get their names bc I’ve never been so impressed.

Zane is the most uplifting and positive 7Eleven employee I have ever met. He is so personable, attentive, and put a smile on my face. He should be running the training classes on customer service for all the 7Eleven locations. Please promote him!

Been going here for months. They advertise wings 10 for $5 and with the sale on for two weeks never carried the advertised wings and are out of all wings. So I called the corporate number about it. Today I go back they have 5 wings and a broken oven. I picked up 5 wings (still should have been $5 at most) and 8 boneless ($3) and he charged me over $12. I argued and he said there was a problem with rewards. I put the food back and left. Never going back to this poorly run store ever again. I've managed a gas station. Not having the sale items in is bait and switch. Just tired of this location altogether, I'll go back to Texbest.
