The crew is amazing, and the owner Roger is always caring , allows me to ask many questions and takes my phone calls during emergencies and answers my questions clearly. Also reasonable prices, never the usual run around . Highly recommended!

Expert in many makes and models. For my F350, the expertise in Ford diesel is superb in maintenance, upgrades, and diagnostics. The showroom provides visual and hands on details for over five years now. Provides self help troubleshooting and in shop service.
The service and availability are the best value, compared to other services almost twice the cost.

Roger has worked on my ‘04 f250 6.0L multiple times. He has always been fair on price and is very timely with work being completed. I don’t trust many mechanics, Roger and his crew are ones I trust fully.

I was on my way back to Arlington after visiting a relative, and my tire pressure light came on. I found these awesome guys and they immediately took care of me, free of charge. They were all very friendly and happy to help me out.

Awesome guys! Picture this I called and went around to find a place to work on it F350. It needed the heads gaskets and up pipes done that were knew of we knew it would be around $10k but you always add $2k for go measure. These guys had the truck looked at in 1 day, (that by the way no one else could touch for 2 months!) and had a diagnose gave them 1/2 the money. They started taken it apart found more but we were ready and they know their stuff! They were done 3-4 days and it costed around $11k but they saved us $$$ in the long run! We take it hard off to these TRUE Mechanics! Wow!!!!!

The shop is owned by one of those people who chooses to fleece as much as he can from new customers. I went in for a simple diagnostic of my AC and asked him to run the engine codes while it was in, I had a check engine light coming up. He ended up charging me $180 just to check what code was being thrown. What a crook! Maybe he thought he could take me for a ride because my Ford had out of state plates, but I live just down the street and tell everyone I know to avoid this guy. He'll run himself into the ground from his own short-sightedness eventually, but save yourself the headache and don't bother with this crooked shop.

Leak in the cooling system. Went in for diagnostics. For $180, the verdict was - pump. The estimate was calculated for a day, and in the end they asked for $1,093 to replace the pump. I considered this price too high, and in the next step I replaced the pump for 600. The funny thing is that the leak remained - the problem turned out to be in the pipe... I don’t recommend it.

UPDATE: Orginal 1 STAR review was 3month ago. We finally have the vehicle home. For a brand new drive shaft it isnt acting very new. There is missing screws, Greece and oil finger prints hand prints and smudges on the vehicle, Drive shaft is loose, blinker doesn't work, steering wheel is used and no the original, won't steer worth a damn, gear indicator does not work, insertion, locking and withdrawal of the key is not only tight but ridiculous, wont return our old steering column which was stated at the beginning of the deal that we were keeping, transmission leak at the shaft somehow (which was a brand new transmission now has a leak), battery is dead from sitting in the sun without being turned over or charged, 1 high beam light is out, its missing a shim..... the list continues. Not happy.... im sorry if they took a wash on this job but this is not satisfactory work. From November of 2020 to now August 2021 and there are extra problems including issues with the ""brand new"" colum. Do not leave your vehicle here. Save the head ache. -Dropped off a vehicle back in November 2020 for a steering colum change.. it is now May 2021. Not pleased at all. Yes it is a hard part to find but we the customers were able to find the part for them.. cool.. still sitting there none the less.. Continuously told "2 weeks. Be dont in 2 weeks" or "ill give you a call in 2 weeks" which never happened until I got upset because its now been 6months.
