My motor was too small for them to refurbish per cost. BUT, on the phone call I had, I learned more about motors than I ever thought I would. He was willing to help me out any way he could. I understand labor cost which is why mine was not viable. Super good talk and explained things well. If I dealt in larger motors I would use these guys hand down. Extremely honest. If y’all have a question about a motor give these guys a call, they can either do it or not, and explain the reasons why.

AAW is very deceptive with their pricing. After trying to fix my tram brake system they were unsuccessful and charged me $3000 dollars for time invested in the job. My tram still doesn't work and they made out like a bandit. They over charged me without fixing anything. I'm very disappointed with this company. I will not ever use or recommend them to anyone. Try anyone but AAW.

Nice when i walked in. Place was hard to find. Brought in a motor for a box truck lift 2 weeks later and they never got to it! I took it to another place and they fixed it the next day.

I have a 60 plus year old motor that needs attention. At first I thought it needed to be replaced. Stewart kindly showed me how I might fix it myself. AAW can fix the motor, but he said the labor might be more than the cost of replacement. I was impressed with how attentive and friendly the staff is. If the fix does not work, I also have a quote for a replacement motor. He treated me as though my little problem was the most important thing for his day. I am impressed.
