“Excellent customer service, called to see if they had a part I needed since online wasn't generating anything. The individual who answered was very helpful and knowledgeable pulled the part I needed and held it for me while I sent someone to grab it! It's all about attitude and talking to the person on the other side of the counter/phone line and remembering they are human as well. Defiantly don't get that kind of help from the competitor store IFYKYK”
