I lost my ID and needed to withdraw money. After explaining my situation to the customer service line Mary, spoke with a co-worker at the Buda branch and had me prove my identity other ways and allowed me to proceed with the withdraw. I am so grateful for angels like those two otherwise I would have not been able to pay my storage and would of lost everything. Thank you!! It takes people who really take the time to help others that make differences in people's lives!

This is a nice little bank with a great staff and an ATM that never has a line. A great 'quick in, quick out' location!
