“I went to clean my dirty car today, inside and out, and while I was vacuuming the inside, Jacob came up to me and asked if I had already run my car through the wash. When I told him yes, he let me know it didn’t look clean enough, and he wanted me to take my car back through whenever I was finished! He was so polite and so respectful and showed such great customer service, and as a teacher, it was so refreshing to see a young man working so hard and genuinely caring about what he’s doing and the people he’s doing it for! Great job, Jacob! Someone taught you well.? As I was driving through again, I met another young man that was just as polite and respectful… Y’all hire well, Water Works Kyle!!”

“Very good wash from attendants every time. They manually prewash before you enter the automatic wash and then finish with a manual hand drying after the initial auto blow dry. Rivals the much more expensive competitors at a fraction of the cost. I do tip at both ends of the process. The guys really work hard to make the car look good.”

“They went above and beyond for me and helped me when I accidentally took my damaged car to be washed. They moved cones and rinsed off the soap and put my membership on hold until I can get the repair done! That was the spur I needed to call my insurance and get the process going.
Vacuums are great and the wash is always great. Quick and easy and you get plenty of microfiber towels and they even have leather conditioner.”

“I recently visited this car wash and had a pretty good experience overall. The pricing is reasonable, earning a solid 4/5, offering good value for what you get. However, the water pressure was slightly disappointing at 3/5; it could have been stronger to ensure a more thorough clean, especially for tougher spots. Despite this, the overall service was efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were well-maintained, and my car came out looking clean and fresh. I would rate the overall experience a 4/5. I’d recommend it for a quick, reliable wash, but there’s room for improvement in the pressure department.”

“I obviously cannot speak for other people in their experiences. But I can tell you that these guys are mobile and I've used them out of auto shop where I get my oil change. One time we had what we thought was a rock chip but it wasn't even a chip they told us the truth instead of taking advantage of us and didn't charge us anything like they could have because we were willing to pay. Since then they have helped my good friend and a couple other people I have seen when they need their chips fixed. They work with you to usually get it covered for free under most insurances and that is stand up!”
“This Laserwash location does a great job, with an active manager who will recognize you after several visits. You have the absolute CHOICE as to whether or not he uses a brush on your car... so if touch free is your priority, just tell him that you don't need him to use his brush. I will keep going there since the service is very good!”

tips go to stay hydrated so if you catch me tip we'll and be nice I'll do whatever I can ...”
“Updated review: I have since come back and the experience is significantly better. Guides have been added to allow you to better know where to drive when pulling up to the car wash which is very helpful! The attendant at the pay station was very informative and made some great suggestions to make my car wash experience better in the long term. I will be taking him up on that suggestion next time!
Previous: 1 bad experience is all I needed to come up with this rating. Unfortunately the attendant working on this day was rude and not very helpful therefore my overall experience suffered for it. Hopefully it gets better! If not there's plenty of other car washes doing a better job.”
